Get up and go look in the mirror right now before you read on… Ok, so what did you see?? Was it something you’re proud of? Well considering you’re reading this right now, probably not.. And the reason for that is what? Let me guess: “you don’t know how to lose weight”, “you don’t have the time to exercise”, “what should I eat”, the list goes on and on.. I know everything I’m saying is true because we’ve all been there(or are there). Well guess what? Where you are now is not where you have to be tomorrow, next week, next month. First thing first though, get out a pen and pad and write down some goals and that are realistic for you and that you truly believe you can accomplish and MAKE IT HAPPEN!
