How many times have you looked into the mirror and vowed that you were determined to lose the extra weight that had crept onto your frame over the last few years? On the other hand, processed foods and empty calorie foods leave your body and your taste buds unsatisfied, and lead to eating more and more, with the resultant weight gain. It’s not always easy to practice good nutrition when surrounded by empty calorie foods, but it is clear that only by practicing good nutrition will you be able to lose weight.
