Quick Way to Lose 8 Pounds
Here’s a quick way to lose 8 pounds. This is a good way for people who are casual about weight loss and people who are really hardcore when it comes to losing weight. Regardless, you’re going to lose a bunch of weight pretty fast.
1. Eliminate Putrified Fecal Matter and Undigested Wastes
Ok, this is kinda gross, but if you’re overweight, you most likely have at least 10 pounds of putrifying fecal matter and undigested meats and other foods sitting there in your intestinal tract. They’re kinda stuck and wedged in there. All they are doing is clogging up and blocking the elimination of foods and seeping out waste matters through your blood and body. NOT GOOD!
This is unhealthy and bad for weight loss obviously.
The solution is to OVERLOAD your fiber intake because fiber will push most of that stuff out of your body. Fiber “PUFFS UP” inside of you. It doesn’t get digested. Instead, it just pushes right through your body and right out.
For this to work, I recommend you take in at least 50 grams of fiber a day. Here’s how you can make that easy. Eat at least 1 can of black beans… that’s 25 grams of fiber right there. Eat 3 apples… that’s a total of 15 grams of fiber. So there’s 40 grams right there. I’m sure the rest of your diet will get the other 10 grams.
Just think beans if you’re at a loss for how to get easy fiber.
2. Drink more water
If you’re overweight, you’re likely retaining water… over 5 pounds of it. You won’t retain water if you drink more water. There is a biological component to this. When your body senses there isn’t much water around, it retains it for your own good… and SURVIVAL.
So by drinking much more water than you are currently, you are showing your body that retained water is not needed and is only burdening you. Within a couple days of drinking more water, the body will release all or most of your retained water.
Combining these 2 things is a quick way to lose 8 pounds without having to get into all that dieting stuff.
